Wedding Gown Appointment
Coco & Pearl provide private 2 hour bridal appointment slots with our owner Hannah. We would love for you to bring your closest family and friends to your appointment, however we politely request that you bring no more than 4 guests. We ask all of our customers to remove their footwear before they enter the shop, this is to keep our floors as clean as possible so that the dresses can stay looking their best.
We do ask that no children are brought to the appointment please.

A selection of dresses and bridal separates in a range of sizes for you to choose from
My assistance with choosing your dress and advice on any alterations that could be made
Option to shop our exclusive range of accessories and jewellery as well as choosing out your veil to compliment your chosen gown.

Veil & Accessories appointment
Have you already found your dream dress but feel like its missing something? Why not drop in and try out a few veils, jewellery or other accessories to complete your look.
We have a large range of veils with varying lengths and styles. We also stock Treehouse Jewellery accessories and jewellery pieces to compliment your outfit as well as a small collection of other accessories too.
We do ask that no children are bought to the appointment please.
Whats included in your appointment:
Exclusive use of our shop for 1 hour to try on veils and accessories
The option to bring your dress and try it on to see how the accessories compliment it
Assistance with styling accessories and choosing the items to suit you best
Option to shop our exclusive jewellery range to compliment your gown.

Our policies
Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel you appointment please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund of your booking fee. If cancellation is within this time or you do not show for the appointment then the fee will be non-refundable.
Return Policy - Please note... We do not accept returns, items are bought on a sold as seen basis. Most of our garments are in excellent condition but please bear in mind that some have been worn before. Treehouse jewellery items also cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Alteration Appointments
Coco & Pearl also offer alteration services for our Brides, conducted in our shop in Holt, Norfolk. Alterations are offered by Kelly who is a local seamstress with years of experience altering wedding dresses or Hannah our owner can also offer alterations in house.

Selling my Dress
Looking to give your wedding gown a new lease of life? We can buy in dresses from you or sell them for you at Coco & Pearl, increasing the chance of sale significantly compared to selling online.
For obvious reasons we only accept dresses that are in very good condition or can at least be altered to remove any damage (e.g. a broken zip that can be replaced). Please ensure your dress has been professionally dry cleaned and that there are no obvious marks on the garment.
